Shipping & Returns

Order processing times:  After an order is placed it will be shipped between 2-7 business days

Shipping times: All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For expedited delivery, select express shipping or local pick up.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Discounted items are final
• Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Hair accessories items are final sale!

 To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email with the products you want to return
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label sent by email
3. Send all items back using the provided label
